Melting & Holding Furnace – Maintains the metal at the optimal temperature before injection, ensuring consistent flow and reducing porosity. 5. Control System – Modern die casting machines use PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) panels to monitor parameters like pressure, temperature, and cycle time for precision and repeatability.
